How This Practice Test Works
- Each attempt draws 15–20 questions at random from our pool of 175 and shuffles the answer order. Score 80% or more and the next test moves up a difficulty level; under 50% and it eases back.
- After every answer you see an explanation and the Code of Ala. reference behind it.
- We use 70% as a practice target. The official Alabama Business and Law exam (PSI) has 50 questions in 120 minutes, needs 70%, and is open book with the NASCLA Contractors Guide, Alabama General, 3rd Ed.
- There is no sign-up. Your level is saved only in this browser.
These are original questions written by our editorial team from the published Code of Ala.. They are not real exam questions. Questions follow Code of Alabama Title 34, Chapter 8 (2025) as published by the state legislature. Board rules and the trade or business topics on licensing exams are not covered.
