How This Practice Test Works
- Each attempt draws 15–20 questions at random from our pool of 158 and shuffles the answer order. Score 80% or more and the next test moves up a difficulty level; under 50% and it eases back.
- After every answer you see an explanation and the InterNACHI SOP and EPA guidance reference behind it.
- We use 70% as a practice target. The NHIE pass point is set by a panel of subject matter experts, so aim for 70% or better here.
- There is no sign-up. Your level is saved only in this browser.
These are original questions written by our editorial team from the published InterNACHI SOP and EPA guidance. They are not real exam questions. Inspection scope questions follow the InterNACHI Home Inspection Standards of Practice (revised October 2022). Environmental questions come from EPA and U.S. Fire Administration guidance. The NHIE is not based on any one Standard of Practice, and EBPHI does not endorse Trade Exam Hub.
